Introduction

I wanted something high in protein, low in fat, and most of all I wanted in to taste like a candy bar. If you have craving for a sweet treat, this is a delicious shake. I wanted something high in protein, low in fat, and most of all I wanted in to taste like a candy bar. If you have craving for a sweet treat, this is a delicious shake.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    114 grams of tofu is equal to about 4 oz of tofu.
    2 TBS baking cocoa
    1 TBS Peanut Butter
    6 tsp Splenda more or less to taste
    1/2 cup of Hood Calorie Countdown Chocolate Milk, that is why it says .5 serving.
    Place tofu in blender, blend until smooth, add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until all ingredients are well blended. This is thick and you can add ice cubes if you desire a frozen drink.
