Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup broccoli, thinly slice (looks grated)
    1/4 cup mung dhal, soaked in plain water for about an hour
    1/4 tsp salt
    juice of one lemon

Directions

Toss all ingredients in a bowl, marinate for at least 15 minutes and serve. Makes a wonderful side dish.
