Introduction

My Mother-In-Law uses this as a topper for many of the Polish dishes she makes. Not the healthiest, so use sparingly (about 1-1 1/2 Tbs) My Mother-In-Law uses this as a topper for many of the Polish dishes she makes. Not the healthiest, so use sparingly (about 1-1 1/2 Tbs)

Ingredients

    4 Tbs of unsalted butter
    3 Tbs of seasoned breadcrumbs

Directions

1) Over medium-low flame, melt butter
2) Stir in breadcrumbs, slowly. Final mixture should still be somewhat runny.
3) Pour over pirogis, asparagus, or fresh noodles.
