Introduction

I love tacos! We were low on cash and I needed away to streach the meal, so I added some black beans and corn. Soo filling and yummy! Using ground turkey makes it lean. I love tacos! We were low on cash and I needed away to streach the meal, so I added some black beans and corn. Soo filling and yummy! Using ground turkey makes it lean.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 c. frozen corn kernels
    1/2 c. salsa
    1 tbsp Ground Cumin
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown the turkey in a large skillet breaking into small peices. While meat is browning add cummin, salt, and pepper.

When meat is no longer pink, add salsa. Cook until liquid evaporates, stirring frequently.

Add beans and corn, stir and cook until warmed through
