3 cups sliced strawberries
16 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened
1.5 cups skim milk
1 pkg sugar free fat free vanilla instant pudding
2 cups lite whipped topping
2 cups cubed lite pound cake
In a trifle dish, layer half of mixture, pound cake, strawberries, and top with other half of mixture.
Drizzled with melted chocolate if desired.
Garnish with rest of whipped topping (and a few strawberries if desired).
