Macs Grilled Cheese

Introduction

This a just for a treat every once in a while. I sometimes substitute chopped spinach for the broccoli (I ususally use up leftovers)
I had always hated Grilled Cheese sandwiches but then one day I decided to get a little creative.
I use real butter. I choose not to eat chemicals if I can help it! ;) I will also mix up the cheese sometimes choosing something with a little more "kick" I have also dipped it in a scrambled egg for add protein.
Add a salad or cup of veggie soup & piece of fruit and you have a nice balance.

Ingredients

    Land O Lankes American Cheese (1slice), 21 gram(s) (remove)
    *Brownberry 12 grain bread, 2 serving (remove)
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp (remove)
    Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 1 serving (remove)
    Butter, salted, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Broccoli, cooked, .125 cup, chopped (remove)
    Pepper, black, .125 tsp (remove)

Directions

I put the butter in the pan using a medium heat. and spread it around... while it is melitng
I get the ingredients First add add the seasonings to the pan. I place one slice of bread in the pan pile on the ingredients ending with the second slice of bread. Cook on each side approx. 5 minutes or until golden.
