The recipe mix is an Australian brand found in supermarkets. If you can't find it make the sauce with 2 tbspn balsamic vinegar, 1 tbspn mustard seeds, 1 tbspn extra light virgin oil, tsp paprika, tsp italian herbs, 1 clove garlic, salt, 2 slices finely chopped onion, 1 tsp sugar and a 1/2 cup tomato concentrate.

Ingredients

    500g of extra lean beef, minced
    1 pkt Masterfoods Tuscan Meatballs
    1 onion, large (finely chop 1/4 for the meatballs - slice remainder)
    1 zucchini, small chopped
    1 carrot, small grated
    4 mushrooms sliced
    1 tbspn extra light virgin oil
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1 400g canned tomatoes
    1 cup of spiral pasta
    Salt /pepper
    Parlsey
    1 tsp minced garlic
    Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Cook Pasta
Prepare meatballs - combine mince beef, finely sliced onion, salt pepper, parsley, egg, minced garlic & breadcrumbs. Roll into small meatballs.

Cook meatballs - then toss in the sliced onions for 2mins.

Add zucchini, carrot and mushroom. Cook for a further 2 mins

Add the canned tomatoes. Cook for a further 2 mins.

Add Tuscan Meatballs packet - simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve on pasta topped with parmesan cheese.
