Introduction

A quick little snack with lots of crunch that satisfies. A quick little snack with lots of crunch that satisfies.

Ingredients

    1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1 Cup/Handful Prepared Tossed Salad Mix
    2 Tablespoons Fat Free Cream Cheese

Directions

Spread the cream cheese over the entire tortilla. Place the tossed salad mix on one side of the tortilla. It may not to fit, but fold over the tortilla into a 'taco' and press firmly with the palm of your hand. This flattens the salad, and presses it into the cream cheese.
