    2 whole skinless boneless chicken breast, cut in bite size pieces
    1# fresh raw med. shrimp,shelled and deveined,remove tails
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms,cut into quarters
    3 TB all purpose flour
    1 c milk
    1/2 c white port wine
    1/4 tsp celery salt
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp white pepper

  • The recipe sounds good. Sodium count is too high for me. I would sub the powders for fresh garlic & pepper. Omit marg alltogether, sub corn starch for the flour. By doing this it may cut down on the sodium. No directions are listed on how to make this recipe. - 8/30/07
