Chicken in Creamy Garlic Sauce



Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    8 oz of chicken
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/2 cup of chicken stock
    4 cloves of garlic
    1 tbsp oregano
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook the chicken either broiled or on the stove top, whole breast pieces or cubes, doesn't matter.

Saute the garlic in the olive oil until fragrant.
Add the stock and bring just to a boil
Add the cream and turn it down to simmer for 5-10 min
Turn off the heat (but leave on the stove), add oregano and salt and pepper to taste, and melt the cheese into the sauce.
Pour over chicken and any veggies you add.
