Baked Salmon

Ingredients

    1 12 oz package of ocra bay wild keta salmon fillets
    2 TBSP Lemon Juice
    2 tsp EVOO
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash - original
    Crisco cooking spray

Directions

makes 3 servings 4 oz each.
preheat oven to 400 degrees
spray baking dish
place skin side down of salmon, sprinkle the lemon juice over it. then EVOO, Salt, pepper, Mrs. dash. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes.
