Easy to make. I substituted craisens in place of frozen cranberries. Very moist - even my friends liked them! - 3/16/09

  • [ did make some changes used whole wheat flour for 1/2 flour called for, used egg beaters for eggs, splenda for stevia. i make them twice in the fall and freeze what we do not eat for later. - 10/31/13

  • I didn't soak the bran in the milk (accidentally) but it didn't seem to matter. The frozen cranberries are quite tart; I would probably like the craisins better except those would add sugar and therefore calories to this recipe. - 5/31/11

  • These were very good. Instead of molasses I used agave nector (it's 10 calories less a teaspoon than molasses). I cut out the stevia. Very yummy! - 7/8/09
