Roasted Veggie Pizza

Introduction

Easy and tasty veggie pizza. Easy and tasty veggie pizza.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    I Pillsbury Pizza Crust
    .75 cup of Ragu Pizza Sauce
    4 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 cup of following veggies:
    zuchhini
    squash
    red pepper
    green pepper
    yellow pepper
    onion
    .25 cup of grated parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice all veggies into thin strips. Place in a baking dish and toss well with olive oil. Put in oven for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Roll out pizza dough on a greased cookie sheet. Put in oven for approx 7 minutes, the dough just needs to brown a bit. Remove from oven.
3. Spread sauce on crust, add veggies, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Return pizza to oven for another 7-10 minutes.
4. Remove pizza from oven and slice into 16 square pieces. Each piece is listed as one serving in calorie count.
