Ingredients

    65 g (2.5 oz) frozen raspberries
    50 g (1/5 cup) plain non-fat yogurt
    1 tbsp sugar
    vanilla or another extract (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. You can do that with a blender or with a spoon if you wait for raspberries to thaw for a minute or two.
