  • This is delicious! The sweetness of the jicama and sweet potatoes is really brought out by the white wine vinegar and the jalapeno and onion adds some spice. I made it without the cilantro since I didn't have any on hand and it still came out great! This is a perfect summer potato salad. - 5/25/10
