Introduction

Ingredients

    2 pounds of groud turckey or chicken
    1 lrg onion choped
    1/2 green pepper choped
    1/2 red pepper choped
    4 lrg garlic cloves choped well
    1 14oz choped tomatoes
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    2 tbsp itailan seasonings
    4tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 box pasta shells

Directions

follow the direction for the shell pasta. in a large deep skillet brown the ground meat, remove the brown ground meat and add olive oil to coat the pan. when olive oil is hot add the peppers,onion, and saute til almost tender. add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. add the tomatoe paste, the cut tomatoes, seasonings and let simmer for 5 minutes. then add the wocestershire sauce and the browned meat. let simmer slowly for 15 minutes then add cooked pasta. sever hot.
