African Spinach

Ingredients

    Canola Oil, 0.13 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 0.50 tbsp (remove)
    Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 2 teaspoon (remove)

Directions

DRAIN frozen spinach to remove all excess water. sautee onion, garlic & boullion cubes (chicken or beef). when onion begin to brown just slightly add peanut butter (NATURAL CREAMY ONLY). after stiring add drained spinach to pan. cook for up to 10 minutes or until all ingredients are blended and spinach is warmed through. DO NOT OVER COOK.
