I used this to see my calorie intake for the patties we make at home! Your calorie count varies on bread crumb use and amount of crisco needed to fry both sides! Ingredients

Pink Salmon (chicken of the sea) 1/4 cup
Egg white, 1 serving
Salt, 1 dash
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup
Shortening, Crisco, 1 tbsp
Directions
Mix Salmon, egg whites, 2/3 teaspoons bread crumbs, salt & pepper.
Make into a hamburger shaped pattie.
Roll pattie in remaining bread crumbs.
Heat Crisco in fry pan on med. heat.
Fry pattie until browned on both sides.
place in small pan and keep warm in oven until ready to eat!
Serve wild rice or your kids favorite, "Mac & Cheese"
