1 12 oz. Bag Boca Meatless Crumbles
1 Large White Onion, chopped
2 Cans diced green chilis
2 tbls canola oil
Large can tomato sauce (29 oz)
Large can diced tomatoes (28 oz)
Can Dark Kidney Beans (15 oz)
Can Pinto Beans (15 oz)
1 Jalepeno Pepper (depending on taste)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt (if needed)
Add onions and cook for 2 min or until softened.
Add all other ingredients and cook until well blended and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes on medium to low heat.
Top with lowfat cheese and/or sour cream (not included in nutrition)
