Ingredients

    Tofu
    Spinach
    Creole Seasoning
    Fat Free Teriyaki Sauce
    Garlic
    Onion
    Olive Oil
    Tomatoe

Directions

Sautee Onion and garlic in olive oil. Cut Tofu in desired chunks and set a side. Add tomatoe and spinach to the Onion and garlic. Add Creole seasoning. Sautee until tender. Add Tofu and Fat Free Teriyaki Sauce. Simmer together until done. All the liquid will be absorbed by the tofu and vegtables. 4 servings.
