    1 cup beef stock
    .5 tbls olive oil
    .5 tbls flour

    The way I do it is to saute the mushrooms (and perhaps some onion) until they are nicely brown then put stock and flour in a shaker and shake to mix then deglaze skillet with the flour and water mixture and cook stirring until thick. - 8/24/09
