Introduction

Ingredients

    Potato, 6 cup diced
    Celery, 1 cup, diced
    Carrots, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Chicken bouillon, 6 cube
    Milk, 2%, 3 cup
    Flour, white, .1/3 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup, diced

Directions

Cook first six ingredients until tender. Add milk and flour, cook another 15 minutes. Add ham and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
