Quick and easy quiche that my kids love. I serve it with salad and it's a pretty filling meal. Add any veggies, meat or cheese that you would like. Leave out the meat for a vegetarian meal. Ingredients

4 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup bisquick
1/2 cup diced ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup red pepper diced
1/2 cup spinach chopped
Directions
Beat 4 eggs, add milk and stir. Add bisquick and mix well. Pour into 8x8 baking dish.
Add in ham, onion, red pepper, spinach and sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
Serves 4.
