Ingredients

    1 (14.5oz.)can green beans, cut
    juice from 1 lemon (or more to taste)
    2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a glass or plastic (or any non-reactive bowl). Chill for at least one hour before serving.
