Introduction

This is a great dressing from Cooking Light. This is a great dressing from Cooking Light.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    1/4 cup water
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
    2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Drizzleover torn Raomaine lettuce and top with garlic croutons if desired.
