Ingredients

    1 Large Orange-peeled
    1 Small Apple{Red Delicious}-cored but not peeled
    1 Lime-peeled {I use 2 Key Limes-they are not in this database}-they are sweeter!!!
    1/4 cup water-for the blender
    30g or 1 scoop protein powder {I use Jay Robb Whey Protein}- It is not in this database
    1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
    4 Ice cubes
