~Indygirl's Gourmet Vegetable Soup for Slow Cookers

Introduction

This is my personal recipe that even gets my husband and veggie hating friends to eat their vegetables. This is my personal recipe that even gets my husband and veggie hating friends to eat their vegetables.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Tomato juice, with salt added, 46 fl oz
    Water, tap, 46 fl oz
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 2 package (10 oz)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Beef, chuck arm potroast, 16 oz cut up
    Garlic, minced, 3 tsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp
    Bullion Soup Mix, 4 serving
    Seasonings to taste,
    Red Wine, 2 fl oz

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small slow cooker.
Cook on high for 6-12 hours. 10 is a good average.

Makes 10 two cup servings.
