Tomato juice, with salt added, 46 fl oz
Water, tap, 46 fl oz
Peas and carrots, frozen, 2 package (10 oz)
Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small
Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
Beef, chuck arm potroast, 16 oz cut up
Garlic, minced, 3 tsp
Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp
Bullion Soup Mix, 4 serving
Seasonings to taste,
Red Wine, 2 fl oz
Cook on high for 6-12 hours. 10 is a good average.
Makes 10 two cup servings.
