These whole grain waffles are full of nutrition and are the great way to get full to start an active weekend. My husband will ride 40+ miles today and I'll run a 10K.

    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Grapeseed Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Flour, whole grain, .25 cup (remove)
    corn flour (whole grain), 1/4 cup (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Salt, .50 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
