Ingredients

    1 lg. (29 oz.) can chick peas
    3 garlic cloves
    1.5 t. salt
    dash tamari
    juice of 2 lemons
    .75 c. tahini
    .25 c. finely chopped parsley
    pepper & dash cayenne
    .25 c. scallions

Directions

put all ingredients in food processor. combine thoroughly and chill before serving.
serve with pita pockets, raw veggies, cukes.
