Introduction

This is a powerful yet light breakfast and/or snack wrap. You can add whatever spices you want to suit your own taste. But this is a high protein, high fiber, low fat, low carb, yummy filling breakfast or snack, for less than 220 calories! This is a powerful yet light breakfast and/or snack wrap. You can add whatever spices you want to suit your own taste. But this is a high protein, high fiber, low fat, low carb, yummy filling breakfast or snack, for less than 220 calories!

Ingredients

    1 - Joseph's flax oat bran & whole wheat flour pita bread
    1 tsp - Ricos nacho cheddar cheese sauce
    1 slice - American cheese
    1/2 cup - Egg Beaters
    Dashes of salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
    Whatever other spices you want to use

Directions

Put the egg beaters in a microwave safe plate/bowl and add salt, pepper, garlic, onion poweder and other spices. Depending on the microwave, cook on high for 1.5 to 2 minutes (until fully cooked) stirring once while cooking if needed. Spread the nacho cheese on the pita, break and separate the pieces of the american cheese over the pita. Place cooked egg on top, fold the wrap and if desired to make the wrap warm microwave for 15-20 seconds. Enjoy!
