Ingredients

1/2 Cup Grey Poupon Savory Honey Mustard
3 Tablespoons Teriyaki with Pineapple Juice Marinade
    .71 lbs Swordfish Steaks (2)

Directions

1. In medium bowl, combine mustard and teriyaki marinade. Reserve 1/3 cup mustard mixture for basting. Rinse the swordfish steaks; pat dry. Add Swordfish to remaining mustard mixture, turning to coat well.

2. Cover; marinate in refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours, turning occasionally.

3. Remove Swordfish; discard marinade. Grill or broil Swordfish 4 - 6" from heat source for 10 - 15 minutes or until scallops are done, turning once halfway through cooking and basting frequently with reserved mustard mixture.

If using a George Foreman Grill to cook the steaks, cooking time will be less.
