    1/2 onion chopped
    1/2 red bell pepper chopped
    1/2 green pepper chopped
    2 cloves garlic minced
    2 tsp dried oregano
    2 tsp dried basil
    1 can tomatoes


Sautee veggies in a little olive oil until just soft, add herbs and 1 can tomatoes, simmer until comes together.

Makes 4, 1/2 cup servings
