Ingredients

3 cups flour (plus 1/4 cup to roll out tortillas if needed)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup oil
1 cup water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add water and oil and knead until well blended. Divide into 12 balls and cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap. Let stand 10 minutes. Roll out each tortilla on a floured surface until it's very thin and as round as you can get it. Bake on hot, ungreased cast iron skillet about 1 minute each side.
These freeze well, but they usually don't last that long!
