Gina's Low Carb French Toast

Introduction

WE like to keep things lower carb, fat and sugar in our house. So I redid my old French Toast recipe into tjis one. WE like to keep things lower carb, fat and sugar in our house. So I redid my old French Toast recipe into tjis one.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 c. Fat free half and half,
    1/2T Cinnamon, ground,
    1/2T Nutmeg, ground,
    8 slices[ 4 servings] Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread
    1/2c. Kirkland Egg Starts

Directions

In a shallow bowl mix all ingredients except bread.

Dip Bread in slice by slice coating all sides and allowing some of the mixture to be absorbed.

Spray griddle w/Pam or use non-stick griddle, place dipped/soaked bread on griddle. Cook until golden on both sides and center set. [Will spring back when lightly touched]

Will make 4 - 2slice servings.

Garnish w/ fruit . [not included in nutritional value]
