113g Flour (plain white)
25g Baking Margarine
1 tbsp Slenda
Spice to taste
2 tbsp Jam
3tbsp Golden or Maple Syrup
Once it has the consistancy of breadcrumbs add water and mix with a knife, finishing with your hands to form a stiff dough.
Roll out and use a biscuit cutter to cut out circles and put in a muffin tray.
Put two pecans in the centre of each tart.
Crush up remaining pecans with a rolling pin and sprinkle on top.
Boil together jam and syrup and pour over each tart.
Bake at 190C for 15mins.
Makes 9 Tarts.
