1 Quart of Chicken Broth
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Carrots, sliced
2) Remove from heat and remove chicken. Cover the stock and carrot. Let chicken breasts rest for a few minutes.
3) Cube chicken breast and add back into broth.
