* Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Pasta (Rotini), 7 serving
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces
* Great Value Italian Diced Tomatoes, 3.5 cup
* Wild Tree Scampi Seasoning, 6 tsp
* Wild Tree Pesto Grapeseed Oil, 3 Tbsp
*slice Chicken breast into thin slices
*Mix 1 Tablespoon of Wild Tree Scampi Seasoning into chicken and let sit for a few minutes
*In a small bowl mix 1 Tablespoon Wild Tree Scampi, 1 Tablespoon Hot Water, and 2 Tablespoons Wild Tree Pesto Grapeseed oil then set aside.
* Place 1 Tablespoon of Wild Tree Pesto Grapeseed oil in pan and heat
*Place Pasta in Boiling water and cook until desired tenderness
*Place Chicken in pan with heated oil and cook until no longer pink
*Once chicken in cooked add 1 can of Diced tomatoes
*Bring to boil then simmer until pasta is completed cooking.
*Drain Pasta and then add Scampi mixture into pasta mixing well then add Chicken mixture.
Makes 10 Heaping 1/2 cup servings
