Crock Pot Potato Soup

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    6 Russet potatoes, cubed
    24 baby carrots
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    3-14oz. cans Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth_100% fat free-no MSG-33% less sodium
    3-12oz. cans Best Choice Evaporated Milk
    FOR GARNISH: 1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

1) Combine all vegetables and chicken broth in large crock pot. Cook on LOW for 8 - 10 hours, or HIGH 4 -5 hours.
2) Stir evaporated milk into the potato mixture; heat through.
3) Ladle into bowls.
4) Place a dollop of Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese in each bowl of soup.
Makes 15 sizeable portions.
