Introduction

This is a low fat version of a comfort food classic. Got the recipe at a Weight Watchers meeting many moons ago. WW didn't work for me, but the soup is still great! Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 cans of chicken stock
    1 pkt of fat free country gravy mix
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 potatoes, peeled and finely chopped

Directions

Place all ingredients (except gravy mix) into a heavy saucepan and simmer until potatoes and onions are cooked (maybe 15 minutes). Prepare gravy mix with water as directed and stir into the pan.

Heat gravy mix through and enjoy!
Makes about 8 1 cup servings.
