Reisling beef pasta

Introduction

I find it fun to scour my fridge on the weekends for anything I can throw together for a quick, healthy lunch. Who would have guessed a small piece of chuck roast and an open bottle of reisling could turn into something this yummy. This would also be a perfect meal for a family, just use more ingredients proportionately. I find it fun to scour my fridge on the weekends for anything I can throw together for a quick, healthy lunch. Who would have guessed a small piece of chuck roast and an open bottle of reisling could turn into something this yummy. This would also be a perfect meal for a family, just use more ingredients proportionately.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup cooked spaghetti noodles
    2 oz chuck roast Or any beef will do here)
    1 whole medium tomato
    1/2 clove of garlic, minced
    1 oz reisling (or any white wine)
    small dash of salt and pepper

Directions

Cut beef into small pieces and brown in skillet. Add minced garlic. Dice whole tomato and add to beef and garlic. Sprinkle with small dash of salt and pepper (to taste). Add 1 oz (shot glass) of white wine. Simmer. (I let it simmer until my pasta was done.)

Cook pasta to desired texture, then drain. Put pasta on plate and top with beef mixture. Top with a little parmesan cheese, toss, and enjoy!
