8oz whole-wheat elbow macaroni 2 1/2cups(10oz) Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1 1/2cups nonfat milk 2 large eggs, slightly beaten 1 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper paprika
Cook and drain macaroni according to package directions. In a greased 2qt casserole, layer 1/3 macaroni, one third cheese, repeat layers but do not add last layer of cheese yet. Beat milk, eggs, salt, and pepper together. Pour milk/egg mixture over the macaroni. Add last layer of cheese. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350 uncovered for 45 minutes.
