Vegetable Stirfry - sweet and sour

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Celery, raw, 0.50 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 0.60 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.50 cup
    Mixed Vegetables (beans, peas, carrots, corn), frozen, 90g
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.60 cup
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 5 strips
    Bird's Eye Seven Veggie Stir Fry (broccoli, cauliflower, squash, carrots), 1 cup

    Sweet and Sour Sauce, 1 jar of La Choy's
    Pineapple Chunks, 0.75 cup

    4 cups of long grain brown rice (1 C per serving)


Directions

Cook all of the vegetables in the same wok/pan with a dab of pineapple juice. When the veggies are nearly done add the pineapples and sweet and sour sauce. Cook until hot. Serve over rice.
