Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs turkey burger
    1 medium sweet onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large carrot, grated
    3 medium celery stalks, chopped
    1 pakage Healthy Life Lite Wheat hamburger buns

    sauce:
    2-3 tbsp brown sugar
    3 tbsp whatever vinegar you have handy
    1/3-1/2 cup hot sauce

Directions

In a deep skillet start browning the turkey burger. Chop the onions and mince garlic then add to burger mix. While that's browning shred carrots with box grater and chop celery.
In a bowl add the brown sugar, vinegar, and hot sauce and mix.
Add the carrots and celery and let cook until turkey is done.
Once turkey is done add sauce and let cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Once done, put on buns and add a little Lite Ranch dressing or blue cheese crumbles.
