Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Introduction

Doesn't have tahini, but still very good. Doesn't have tahini, but still very good.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    16 oz can Earthfare organic garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
    3 oz Vlasic Roasted Red Pepper strips, drained
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon Morton Lite Salt
    1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
    1 clove garlic

Directions

Puree all items in food processor. Serve on Melba toast, pita bread, celery sticks... (not included in nutrition info). Serving size = 2 Tablespoons. 12 servings per recipe.
