Delta's Meatloaf

Introduction

This is a variation on BH&G's recipe. It can be made more lean by substituting turkey for beef and not using the ketchup and brown sugar topping. This is a variation on BH&G's recipe. It can be made more lean by substituting turkey for beef and not using the ketchup and brown sugar topping.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground beef
    2 Eggs
    3/4 c. Milk
    1/2 c Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    1/4 c Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 c onions chopped
    1/4 c Ketchup
    2 TB Brown Sugar

Directions

Preheat over to 350.

Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, and ground beef. Mix well.

Put in either ring pan or loaf pan and bake for 50 min.

Spoon off fat. Combine catsup and brown sugar and spread over meat.

Return to oven and cook for 10 more minutes

Makes approximately 5 servings
