Introduction

My daughter loved making these min loafs with me. These are such a great source of protein..and with the wheat germ you get that extra kick!! My daughter loved making these min loafs with me. These are such a great source of protein..and with the wheat germ you get that extra kick!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Box stove top stuffing mix
    1 Can 14.75 oz Salmon
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1/4 wheat germ
    1/2 cup non fat milk
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 cup mozzarella cheese grated


Directions

Toss all the ingredients together in 1 big bowl and divide into 4 mini loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
