So easy & so good!
Great with mashed potatoes or noodles with veggies of your choice on the side.

Ingredients

    3lb chuck roast
    1 can Campbells Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 pkg dry onion soup mix
    1 cup red wine

Directions

Trim excess fat from roast.
Place roast on a large sheet of foil in a shallow pan.
On top of meat spread entire package of dry onion soup mix, one can of mushroom soup & a can full of red wine.
Seal foil securely and bake at 250degrees for 4-5 hours.
Serve with veggies of choice & mashed potatoes/noodles/rice...whichever your family prefers
