Ingredients

    1 can chick peas
    2 tsp reduced-fat grated parmesan
    .5 tsp coursely ground black pepper

Directions

Drain chick peas, roast them in a dry pan on medium heat until the chick peas are dry. Turn off heat and sprinkle on cheese and pepper. Stir until evenly coated.

Makes 4 1/2-c servings
