My Mom's Perfect Pancakes

Introduction

I grew-up with this recipe, and for the life of me, I can not find a pancake place that can make pancakes that even come close to these! I grew-up with this recipe, and for the life of me, I can not find a pancake place that can make pancakes that even come close to these!

Ingredients

    -1 large egg, beaten
    -1 tbsp. Splenda (or Sugar)
    -1 tbsp Vinegar
    -1 cup milk
    -2 tbsp. Canola Oil
    -1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
    -1/2 tsp. Salt
    -1 tsp. Baking Powder
    -1 cup All-Purpose Flour, enriched

Directions

Heat griddle @ medium heat.

Beat egg, then add wet and dry ingredients. Stir until blended, then whisk to remove most 'lumps'. Pour on griddle and flip once pancakes are bubbling.

Makes : ~10 4"(inch) pancakes.
