Ingredients

    * Cooked White Rice, long grain, 4 cup
    * Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    * Granulated Sugar, .4 cup
    * Vanilla Extract, 3 tsp

Directions

In a saucepan, combine rice, milk, and sugart. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring often. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Spoon into serving dishes. Serve warm with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
